Freshworks sells several products and the AI is not evenly distributed among them. This trips up almost every comparison page on the internet, including some written by people who should know better. Freshworks does have a capable AI voice product — and it is not in Freshsales. The voice agent capability lives on the support side, in Freshdesk and Freshcaller, where its job is deflecting and routing calls from people who are already customers. Buying a Freshsales seat does not get it. Nothing inside Freshsales answers the phone to a stranger and books them in.
